What's Not Included?

Please review the following exclusions before booking your cleaning service.

Removal of stickers, adhesive residue, or removable hooks.

Furniture removal, polishing, or shining.

External area cleaning, including balconies, patios, and exterior windows.

Removal of baby or child safety latches and locks.

Any cleaning task that may cause damage to the property or its contents.

Wet wiping of light bulbs and cleaning of biohazardous materials.

Extensive garage cleaning. Standard garage cleaning includes vacuuming or sweeping, along with cleaning light switches and power points.

Removal of oil stains from garage floors and walls.

Gardening and putting away dishes.

Wall washing (available as an additional service).

Rubbish bin cleaning.

External window cleaning.

Cleaning up animal or human waste.

Gardening and putting away dishes.

Please Note

We require electricity and water at the premises on the cleaning day.

This quote is an estimate based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Additional charges may apply on the day of service, depending on the actual condition and size of the property upon inspection.
We cannot guarantee the complete removal of permanent stains or marks from floors and carpets.
Blind cleaning, wall washing, outdoor cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, pest control, and any other services are excluded from the bond cleaning price unless specifically stated in the quote. Ceiling and garage cleaning are also excluded. Internal window cleaning is limited to windows that are safely reachable.
Our bond cleaning guarantee covers a complimentary return visit to rectify issues reported by the property manager in the exit report, provided they relate to the services included in our bond cleaning package. The written exit report must be received within five calendar days of the cleaning service. We require 36–48 hours from receipt of the agent's written exit report to address the reported issues. Unrestricted access to the property must be provided for the rectification work.
Full payment must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning commencement time. For direct bank transfers, please provide your remittance advice and allow two working days for the payment to clear.
